Our Approach

The challenges many of our youth face serve as barriers to a GREAT FUTURE. They are bright, determined and eager for opportunities to succeed. Our programs offer compassion with action to help improve lives.

How do we know we’re making a difference? We’re using the data to tell us. We are always tracking, asking for feedback and getting input from Club members and their families on ways to improve.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Carson employs a full-time staff member and multiple part-time staff that solely collect, analyze and report our outcomes. Over the past decade our Club has emerged as a leader in outcomes measurement across Clubs nationwide. Staff members are often called upon to present at regional and national conferences as experts in the field of qualitative and quantitative data measurement.
