Leadership
Under the direction of Board of Directors President David Traughber and CEO Kim Richards, three core departments run a lean leadership team behind the scenes.
Board
In addition to fiduciary duties, each Board member adopts one of our 8 Club locations. Through site adoptions, Board members serve as supportive and encouraging partners.
Our Impact
We provide welcoming, positive environments in which kids and teens have fun, participate in life-changing programs, and build supportive relationships with peers and caring adults.
